The furnace is used to provide heat for a process or it may also work like a reactor that provides heat of reaction. Horizontal Box Type/Chamber Type Furnaces

Horizontal Box Type The horizontal box types are used for general heating treatments like annelling, preheating normalizing hardening and pack carburising etc. It can stand upto the temperature of 1000 °C. 5mm, mild steel plates, angle and section are used for fabricating the casing. The furnace lining has the first layer of insulating ceramic fiber HTZ.128 modules 250mm. These are thick and hot face insulating bricks. Our horizontal box types are made keeping in mind the methians, welly or I.S.I standard.
Chamber Type Furnaces These are used for hardening, annealing, normalizing and stress relieving. This equipment can stand up to 1000 °C temperature. It has the feature of robust MS shell to stand continuously during the work process. It is designed specifically, vertical rise and fall, counter balanced, self-locking type door with guides and rollers. It has perfect temperature uniformity in useful space and automatic temperature control by digital controller. This device is available with electrical switchgear items and controller housed in aesthetic self-standing type control panel. The heating elements operating on low surface load for longer element life and continuous trouble-free operation.
Bogi Hearth/Car/Bottom/Trolley Type Furnaces
Bogi Hearth
This heating element operates on low surface load for longer element life and has continuous trouble-free operation. It has refractory and insulation of high quality bricks or ceramic fibre for energy conservation. The bogi hearth made by us has tongue and groove brick lining and sand sealing. This product prevents the heat from any kind of loss by the help of asbestos rope for door.
Car Bottom
The car bottom fabricated by us is capable for relieving stress or annealing parts that are up to 8’x8’x14’long and up to 40,000 lbs.
Roller Hearth Furnaces The roller hearth furnaces are used for heat treatment annealing normalizing of steel with temperature up to 900 °C. With the help of roller hearth furnaces, the work of loading and unloading becomes easy. Loading of the tube can easily be moved on several rollers. The material used for roller is S.S.310 or equip, which works with gearbox, chain and pulleys.
Vertical Pit Type Furnaces This furnace is plug in type of door/retort cover. The heating element operates on low surface load for longer element life and continuous trouble-free furnace operation. This product contains refractory and insulation of high quality bricks or ceramic fibre for energy conservation. It prevents atmosphere leakage by the help of neoprene or viton seal. It operates with safety interlocks and protection devices for safe furnace operation. This is retort with dished end made by heat resistant stainless steel to take care of load and destortion.
Horizontal Conveyor Type Furnaces The horizontal conveyor type furnaces produced by us are used for annealing wires of different materials like stainless steel and nichrome. This is compared with conventional brick furnaces, running cost that is reduced when cooling or heating time is shortened.
Electrode Salt Bath Furnaces
This product covers supply of electronic ceramic lint pot salt bath furnace designed for operation. The hardening contains chloride bath up to temperature of 1050 °C. The electrode salt bath furnaces are used for hardening of medium carbon steel or alloy steel.
Resistance Type Melting Furnaces (for Non- Ferrous Metals) The resistance type-melting furnace fabricated by us has best energy efficiency and furnace loading. This furnace works on the principle of low ionization melting that imparts heat approx 60% faster than conventional high rate melters about 30% increase in heat transfer coefficient.
Resistance Salt Bath Furnaces It is fully automatic smokeless burner, which has ceramic fibre lining-quick heating. This has better pot life that has accurate temperature and it is controlled by burner on/off. The resistance salt bath furnace is lined vent or recuperator that reduces flue gas loss.
