Horizontal Type Air Circulating Drying Oven with Rays Our wide array of industrial batch ovens sets the standard for industrial processing applications. The ovens produced by our company provides high performance and reliability, standard chamber capacity ranging from 500-14,000 liters, at temperature up to 250 °C, 425 °C and 625 °C. Our horizontal type air circulating drying ovens are made of ferritic stainless steel interior. The outer part of this oven is produced by mild steel clad with zinc coated steel sheet. The high thermal efficiency is achieved by the use of low thermal mass insulation and horizontal airflow is achieved via heavy-duty impellers at 1400 rpm driven by three phase electric motors (vertical airflow is available on selected models). A temperature uniformity of +5 °C to within 100 mm of the walls and roof and 150 mm of doors and floors. There are various models fitted with side-hinged doors, either single or double, depending on size of the oven. Its vertical doors are fitted as standard eqipments on large volume 600 °C (over 1m3) and remain optionla for other models.
Tray Dryers with Cross-Flow Air Circulation
This is an oven meant for treatment of food that comprises of an oven chamber for heating of the air. Here, the fan is meant for circulation of the heated air. The fan is cross-flow with an impeller provided to rotate freely without a surrounding fan housing. The impeller is provided with fan blades that slowly helps in rotating air jet. The direction of rotation is similar to the direction of impeller rotation. Alternatively, the fan blades can also be designed in such a way so that slowly rotating air jet is created in a direction of rotation opposite to that of the impeller.
Vertical Circular Type Drying Ovens with Air Circulation
The vertical circular type drying ovens envelopes the noxious fumes. The drying oven includes drying chamber, having circular top wall and downwardly supporting sidewall that is closed off at the bottom by another wall. A doorway is also provided for allowing the introduction of the material to be dried in the exhaust chamber.
