Thermocouple-CR/AL. Fe/Con, Pt/Pt/RH with Outer Sheath The thermocouple is a thermoelectric temperature sensor that contains two dissimilar metallic wires like one chromel and one constantan, which is coupled at the probe tip (measurement junction) extended to the reference (known temperature) junction. The temperature difference between probe tip and the reference junction is detected by measuring the change in voltage (electromotive force, EMF) at the reference junction.

Insulator
The insulator is genetic boundary element, which plays two distinct roles in gene expression, either an enhancer-blocking element, or more rarely as barrier against condensed chromatin protein spreading on active chromatin. This product is used, when two genes arise on chromosome that have different transcription pattern, which is critical and the inducing or repressing mechanism do not interfere with the neighbouring gene.
